RESTORATIVE〡Wednesday 7-8PM

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow-paced style of yoga focused on deep relaxation and stress reduction. It involves holding poses for extended periods, often with the support of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, to fully support the body and encourage deep relaxation. The goal is to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a state of calm and well-being. 

 
Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where movements are connected to the breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses. It emphasizes linking breath with movement, resulting in a continuous, rhythmic practice.
