Intake Forms & Service Agreements: A Prerequisite for Care
To receive services at Saffron & Sage, it's mandatory to complete your intake form within 24 hours of booking—or on the same day if your appointment is scheduled for the following day. This ensures our practitioners have all the necessary information to deliver customized care.
Intake forms must be updated annually for members.
All clients and members must sign a service agreement prior to treatment.
Failure to complete these steps will result in forfeiture of your appointment and credits.
Session Timing, Structure & Credit Use: What to Expect
Your session officially begins when you enter your treatment room. While many sessions are 60 minutes, some may run up to 3 hours depending on the treatment and your body’s response.
Here’s what a typical session includes:
Brief intake conversation
45–50 minutes of hands-on treatment
Outtake discussion in the room, lounge, or boutique
Your practitioner will also prepare and sanitize the room post-session to uphold our commitment to wellness and safety.
Treatments range from 1 to 7 credits, so always review the credit requirement before booking.
Payments & Credit Details
Payment is collected at booking and can be drawn from your account credits or charged to your card on file.
Credits can also be applied to others linked to your account.
Additional membership credits may be purchased a la carte or in bundles of 12:
Monthly Members: credits expire 15 days after purchase
Annual Members: credits expire in 6 months or upon termination

1. Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes must be made by:

$50 cancellation fee/hour (all memberships)
$100 fee/hour (Unlimited members)
Same-day bookings are final. Cancellations result in forfeited credits and fees.
2. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear without 48-hour notice:
Credits forfeited
$50 no-show fee/hour (all tiers)
$100 no-show fee/hour (Unlimited tier)
All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable
3. Tardiness Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in:
Forced cancellation
Full credit forfeiture
Late fee assessed
4. Refund Policy
No refunds for canceled/missed appointments under 48 hours
All retail sales are final (no returns/exchanges on wellness products)
Credits are non-transferable
5. Attendance & Illness
Do not attend if experiencing symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19. Temperature checks are done at the door. If symptoms are present:
Entry will be denied
Credits forfeited
No refunds or reschedules allowed
